Anita Briem hails from Iceland. Anita Briem is an Icelandic actor. The actress is most famous for her role as Jane Seymour, the young female who becomes the 3rd queen of Henry VIII on the television series The Tudors. Her acting career started at National Theater Iceland when she was a young girl of nine. As a child actress, she was a part of various plays, television programs and radio programs in her native Iceland. In the year 16 Briem moved to London where he participated in an event for the theater of the stage play Lenin In Love in the New End Theater. Briem 19 years old, she was accepted to The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. The academy was home to her for three consecutive years. Briem earned her degree in Drama. She also received the John Barton Prize under the Scenic Fight category. Briem was a part of numerous plays during his time at RADA and was in plays such as The Cherry Garden directed by Anton Chekhov or Bernarda Alba's House, written by Federico Garcia
